Established in 2016, NEAT Financial is a consultancy practice specialising in financial modelling and decision support. NEAT Financial brings together complementary advisory and consulting disciplines and delivers them in a ‘quasi-virtual’ environment (or at least one without an expensive bricks and mortar office network).

NEAT Financial is completely footloose with an operating model that allows us to support our client base wherever in the United Kingdom (or, indeed, in other countries) they happen to be based.

The rationale for the name, “NEAT”, is due to the explicit references (and implicit suggestions) within dictionary definitions of “NEAT” of “cleverness”, “well thought through”, “simplicity” and “clear presentation”. These are attributes of the NEAT proposition across all disciplines. Furthermore, “NEAT” depicts “strength” through its old English association with the Oxen family of animals, Ox often being referred to “as strong as...”, and through its association with liquid and chemical strength, such fluids having strong concentration.

The trademark “building strength in numbers” is based on the core proposition being the construction of either a financial model or analysis which itself has foundation in numbers (financial models, data analysis etc.), to support the decision making process. Through the rigour that NEAT Financial applies in the construction of its core proposition, the output (numbers and analysis) has inherent strength, thereby affording confident decision making.
